(Taipei, Taiwan – February 23, 2009) Lanner Electronics is pleased to announce its participation in this year’s Digital Signage Expo, which runs from February 25-26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lanner will be showcasing several digital signage platforms including an Intel Atom-based fanless signage computer with discrete graphics – the LEC-7500.
Lanner welcomes all ISVs, digital signage solution providers and system integrators to visit our booth (booth #1151), where several new embedded computing platforms for digital signage will be on display. The Lanner booth will feature small form factor single board computers and fanless systems with a range of hardware specs, including Intel Celeron M, VIA Eden and Intel Atom platforms.
One of the highlights of the Lanner booth will be an Intel Atom system with discrete graphics – the first digital signage platform in the industry capable of full 1080p video output with an Atom CPU. The Lanner LEC-7500 features a 1.6GHz Atom N270 CPU, optional 512MB onboard DDR2 memory IC, CompactFlash and SATA hard drive interface, and three video out connections: VGA, DVI-D and HDMI. Discrete graphics is supplied by a VIA S3 graphics module with either 128MB or 256MB onboard DDR2 memory.
For more information and to see the complete lineup of Lanner digital signage platforms, visit the Lanner booth in Las Vegas and a Lanner representative will be happy to discuss these exciting new signage platforms with you.
